It totally depends on whether you already own a version of Photoshop or not (any version at all), and the final release price of Perfect Layers. But keep in mind that no matter what anyone says, Perfect Layers does NOT provide Layers IN Lightroom. A great summary of the situation with OnOne Perfect Layers, which has been coined by the producer as "bringing Layers to Lightroom" even though it does nothing of the sort.
