To install these presets copy them to the appropriare folder and then start (or restart) Lightroom:
* Mac:
  ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/

* Microsoft Windows XP:
  C:\Documents and Settings\***UserName***\Application Data\Adobe\Lightroom\

* Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7:
  C:\Users\***UserName***\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\


There are subfolders for the specific presets you are trying to install:
* \Develop Presets\
* \Local Adjustment Presets\
